For the first time this year, Jeremy R Hood will be offering a free specially adapted version of his 4-Hour Basic Navigation Class for entrants to the race.
Because space is limited, please sign up early if you would like to attend this class. Non Race-to-the-Border entrants can attend for a fee of $75.00 if space is available.
The class will use the route from Galveston to Port Isabel for examples and exercises and will discuss electronic charting and AIS
