HSH Yachts is moving to Watergate Yachting Center in early 2010.
HSH Yachts is proud to announce they will be moving their offices to Watergate Yachting Center in early 2010. Our new office will provide a more central location for our buyers and sellers.
The move to Watergate Yachting Center, which will occur early in 2010, will put HSH Yachts in the heart of the yacht sales community where many of their competing businesses are located. “Being close to our competitors will enhance our business and provide more choice for our customers...” says HSH Yachts owner, Jeremy R Hood. “We are all excited about this move,” he added. The relocation was prompted by the owners of their present location wanting to use the existing building for their marina office. Jeremy Hood explained that HSH Yachts could have remained at the Shipyard but that they took the opportunity to improve their location and provide better facilities and security for their customers.
While our new office will be located in Watergate Marina, we are fortunate to have been able to obtain a brokerage dock at WATERFORD HARBOR MARINA where we will have 16 slips with NEW FLOATING DOCKS in a prominent yet very protected location. More information on our new brockerage dock will be available soon.
HSH Yachts (formerly Higgins, Smythe & Hood Yachts LLC) has been an established brokerage in the area since 2003 when they formed by combining two very long-standing local brokerage companies. Over the many years of yacht sales from the earlier companies and, since 2003, from HSH Yachts, the business has been known for their honesty, integrity and professionalism.
